Sauna and relaxation room at the Residence Erika in Siusi allo Sciliar

After an active day in the Dolomites, a sauna session is just what you need. At the Residence Erika, guests can enjoy an exclusive Finnish sauna that offers intense heat at temperatures between 80 and 100°C. The scent of essential oils promotes regeneration and helps to relieve muscle tension - ideal after a hike on the Alpe di Siusi or a day on the slopes.
The sauna is open daily in the afternoon from 15:00 or 16:00 to 19:00. After your sauna session you can relax in the cosy relaxation room. Enjoy the soothing silence and the breathtaking panoramic view of the South Tyrolean mountains. Refreshments include homemade syrups, dried fruit and fresh fruit - the perfect combination for relaxation and indulgence.
